We're bringing purposeful play into the community while we work toward opening our permanent home. We'd love to meet you at one of our upcoming events.
Our activities are primarily geared toward children ages 1-6 with opportunities for older siblings to participate, play alongside, and help engage with younger children.

Families are looking for a "third space" outside of school and work to build community. There's also a desire for a diverse and multigenerational space to gather.

What We Learned
A smaller gathering gave us the opportunity to connect more closely with families and see how children engaged with a simple, flexible play setup. It was a great reminder that meaningful play doesn’t require a large crowd—or a lot of equipment!

Many people expressed this space is meeting a need in the community. Another thing we learned? Never show up to a summer outdoor event in the DMV without mosquito repellent!
